So, no one ever uses this

No one has used this in so long, but Traci just posted so I figured I would join in and see if anyone is still out there.

For those of you that don't know (which is no one because I never shut up) I am going to be in a play! It will be April 19th-30th on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday nights at 7pm at the Lehi City Arts Center. It feels so good to be acting again. I didn't realize just how much I missed it. It means alot to have a creative outlet because performing is the only art I am really good at. Some people like Traci are born to draw, mom and grandma paint I can sing fairly well, but the one thing I can reliable do is to act. I can get better, but it's one thing that just comes naturally and I don't have to try too hard or wonder if I am good enough. I feel like I have found a missing peice of my soul by performing again. It may seem silly, but it really makes me happy.

I hope everyone can make it (well, probably not you Traci) It's going to be a good show.

Traci here. I did it! I did it! I finished all 24 illustrations for Candy Canes in Bethlehem. They are due tomorrow. The book, they say, will be published in May of 2012. I'm not sure of distribution channels, but it is being published by Pauline Books and Media. I'll let ya'll know where you can get your very own copy of the book when I find out more. Spread the word. This is a really cute Christmas story that shows different cultures around the world and how they celebrate. It's been fun to illustrate. And now I'm tired.

Love you all!

A sneak peak at the cover.
